This project is located in the core area of Penang Island, an urban elite. The space is planned to be used by married couples. The space is divided into a dining, kitchen and three-bedroom configuration. Each space is mainly themed with urban yuppies, using black, white and gray colors and embellished with natural materials to present contrasting levels, making the space more dramatic.
Starting from the entrance, a large area of gray marble flooring is used to extend the momentum. When it comes to vertical walls such as TV walls and dining rooms, the colors change boldly and become thicker and deeper. Through such a change in reality and reality, not only the visual layering is clear, but also psychologically, the whole mood of returning home is stabilized.
"How to express the owner's preferences through different materials without losing the warmth of home" is original design intention. Therefore, in the public area, you can see exquisite and smooth stone materials, imitation water-molded sofa walls, and wooden cabinets with a warm feel, making the overall public area more like a space for the personality of the homeowner. Even the kitchen space is made of stainless steel countertops.
The bedroom space of urban elites is a time to return to your own healing! The main bathroom space is planned to be spacious with a couple's use in mind and uses travertine-like tiles to create an immersive atmosphere. It is matched with consistent black water hardware to satisfy the enjoyment of life with details. The dressing room of the master bedroom is arranged in a ㄇ-shaped moving line, creating a corridor with a sense of living ritual in the sleeping area. The sleeping area continues the use of black, gray, white, and wood tones to reduce interference and create a comfortable and comfortable atmosphere.
